• a. I hereby authorize CATALYST SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED to share information or documents provided during the onboarding process or business-related information with affiliated lenders or financial institutions for credit evaluation.
• b. I authorize the sharing of such documents with third-party service providers appointed by the lenders for the purpose of credit assessment.
• c. I grant my consent to CATALYST SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED or any lender to receive my Consumer Credit Information from bureaus such as CIBIL, Experian, TUCL, or CRIF.
• d. By submitting this registration, I understand I am providing express consent for the Company or lenders to request and receive information about me from third parties, including credit reports, for the duration of my active business relationship with CATALYST SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED.
• e. I agree that the terms of this confirmation shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
